REGULAR Full Month SCHOOL PROGRAMS. GROUP CLASSES. These classes are pre-enrolled for a full month program of 1 and 2 class per week. 10€/Class or 40€/Full Enrollment.

Vinyasa Yoga. Open level. Tuesdays & Thursdays. 2 pm. 7pm. Saturdays 10am.

Restorative Yoga. All levels. Tuesdays Thursdays. 4 pm. Wednesdays 7pm.

Complete Beginners to Yoga. Hatha Yoga Basics. Wednesdays. 4pm.

Fly Yoga - Aerial Yoga fitness. All levels. Wednesays 7pm. Saturdays 10am.

Caters to all needs and goals from athletes to the mobility improvements of the elderly, artists and occupations with repetitive strains and more. Orgaflo, Strength & Mobility Flo Practice with B. A blend of calm, balance and quiet strength training. Therapeutic in Nature.

Aerial Fitness. Fly Yoga. Focusses on building strength, improving mobility and alleviating tensions on neck, hips and spine.

Vinyasa Practice V Popular** This is your private go to VINYASA Fix available in the studio or online. a 2- 3 day in the week session to get you moving, flowing and sweating to feel detoxed, invigorated and restored. 1 month training of Vinyasa improves over all moods, strength, flexibility and energy.
